Read me before commissioning

1. I use paypal as my main payment method. If we’re friends or mutuals, venmo is ok.

2. I charge *after* the art is finished and before I send the final files. Please have the money ready when you commission.

3. If you fail to respond within 3 days after the art is finished, I’ll repurpose your art and sell it as a premade. No hard feelings but I still have to find a way to be payed for my time.

4. I like to post commissions on my social media after they’re finished, I usually wait about two weeks but if you’d like me to wait longer please let me know beforehand.

5. I don’t usually send sketches for emotes and badges unless you ask for them or what you asked for was more vague. Feel free to ask for any reasonable changes.

6. For anything other than emotes and badges, I will send you a rough sketch for you to agree on. If you want anything drastic changes or additional objects added then is the best time to say so. After that I will send you the non animated version, any small changes are fine but anything drastic or pallet related and I’ll have to charge for the additional time (unless it was a mistake on my part). To avoid this, please make sure your reference is as detailed as possible. 

7. Please please don’t ask for any changes after you see the final animation unless you’re willing to pay extra. Be sure to be very clear with what you would like animated when commissioning and if you want any changes to what you asked for originally please ask before it’s animated!

8. Please have photo references. If not that's ok but please know that it might take extra time and money as you will probably ask for changes. If you include no photos and want me to wing it fine by me.  

9. Sometimes a project might not be right for me, if that is the case I’ll let you know and hand you the list of other pixel artists who also take commissions! 

10. If you use the art for physical merchandise or an album cover I charge an additional $40 for mech rights. If the merch is just prints, shirts or buttons with my art, I waive the $40 but require 30% of the revenue.

11. I love working on videogames and the art for that takes a more significant amount of time, so I’m willing to work for a lot cheaper on art that is going to be used for a game. Please message me on discord or twitter instead of filling out a form if this applies to you!

12. I’m in college right now so please understand that a commission could take over a month depending on the scale. If you need something done very quickly I can prioritize you over my weekend for additional cost.
